Breast of Chicken with Goat Cheese Recipe

For a healthy dinner try this healthy recipe exclusively from perfectlyhealthy.

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts 1 lemon 1 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoons of olive oil One teaspoon of Dijon mustard 4 oz. of goat cheese (rolled in hand and make 4 tubular cheese rolls)

    For Sauce
    Four tomatoes
    Two tablespoons of fresh basil
    Celtic Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure
    Marinate chicken depending upon how much time you have for a minimum of 20 minutes to two hours. Take the chicken breasts and lay them in the middle of the dish. Take the tubular goat cheese and place each one in the middle of each chicken breast. Fold over each breast in half. Mix the lemon, garlic, olive oil, and mustard together. Pour it over the top of the breasts like a salsa. Broil the breasts for 15 minutes or cook them for 30 minutes.
