Raspberry Smoothie/Blackberry Smootie
  • 1 scoop Quest or Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup of raspberries or blackberries
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • Stevia/optional
Chocolate Smoothie
  • 1 scoop chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk or almond milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 1-2 Tbsp. lecithin
Blueberry Smoothie/Peach Smoothie
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup peaches
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. flax seed meal
  • 1-2 Tbsp. lecithin
Orange Smoothie
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/2 an orange, chopped up
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal or 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
Carrot Smoothie
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • 4 oz. carrot juice
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp. lecithin
Strawberry Smoothie
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 1-2 Tbsp. lecithin
Snack
  • 1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder (as a snack)
  • 1 cup water plus 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
Recovery Smoothie - After Exercise - Replaces a Meal
  • 1 1/2 scoops Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1-2 cups water or cranwater
